Packaging Process:

We aim to dispatch any orders within 7 days of ordering, excluding Sundays and bank holidays. After dispatch, the shipping time is dependent on location and which shipping option you choose at check out.

 

Shipping:

You will recieve an email once your order has been posted, so please ensure that your email is correct when placing the order.

Once shipped, orders are no longer in our control. Royal Mail is extremely reliable, however there are sometimes issues with parcels being delayed or lost. If you don't recieve your order within 10 days of it being dispatched, please contact us via our email [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed, with a 3% processing fee. Refunds could take up to 7 days to appear in your bank account.

Refunds can be given if an item you received is broken or faulty, just message/email us with proof of this. We do not give refunds on custom-made items, as photos of the item will be sent to you, to ensure you are happy with the item before being dispatched.

When requesting a cancellation please email [email protected] with your full name, address, and order number, which will be on your order confirmation email.

 

Returns:

We do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final. If there are any issues with your order and your need to contact us about it, please email [email protected]

Please be mindful that 'The Selenite Cove' is run by one person, and any rude messages or emails will not be tolerated. Your order will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to shop with us.
